Supporting Adult Learners Through Test Anxiety: Practical Strategies for Educators

Description

This presentation will provide educators with strategies for noticing, understanding, and navigating test anxiety with a specific focus on supporting adult learners. Participants will learn what symptoms to watch for and how testing anxiety may present inside and outside of the classroom. Participants will also learn strategies for incorporating mental wellness into classroom exercises and routines as well as practical strategies that students can use to manage test anxiety both in preparation for the test and on the testing day.
